Welcome to Bronco RE’s Investor Relations area.

We take investor relations very seriously here at Bronco RE.  We believe good communication with our co-investor group, along with superior risk-adjusted returns compared to other asset classes, will preserve the high level of trust and confidence that we have earned over the years.

This part of our web-site will constantly be refined to succeed in our goal of good communication with our co-investors.  Phase I of Bronco RE’s communication improvement plan will give co-investors the ability to access property quarterly reports through a secure portion of the Bronco web-site.  Co-investors will also be able to view new deal offerings.  In the future, Bronco RE intends to add the ability for investors to access account information such as account balances, distribution summaries and tax reports.
