Investment Strategy

Bronco RE’s primary focus is the opportunistic purchase of class “B” and class “C” level 100+ unit apartment communities located in the Western United States. 

Bronco RE incorporates a top down approach whereby strong housing markets are identified and then undervalued assets in those markets are found.  Bronco uses its close network of real estate, mortgage and title company professionals to find prospective properties.  Many of these prospective properties are “off-market” deals that can be bought at a discount to market.  Bronco prides itself on being able to move quickly in analysis and purchase of deals due to the company’s small size and hands-on approach.  Bronco’s annual purchase goal is to identify and close two to four investment properties per year valued approximately $15M or more per property.
